Fire Sigils

Here's an idea for how to come up with a sigil. Light a candle, of a color appropriate to your working. Form the sentence of desire in your mind, or otherwise imagine it in whatever way you prefer. Now take a piece of paper or wood (wood is sturdier and works better, but paper can be made to work. If you want to use paper I recommend practicing with some a bit before trying this for ensigilization purposes). Hold the paper or wood above the flame, relax your mind (a state of self-hypnosis or gnosis is ideal for this) and simply let yourself move the paper or wood around in whatever way feels right: side-to-side, up-and-down, circles, whatever. When you feel that it is time to stop, return to "normal" consciousness and examine the smoked/burnt pattern for your sigil.
